Local Communities of Practice (COP) for health and well-being are groups of individuals who share a common interest in promoting and improving the health and well-being in local communities. It is characterized by the fact that local COP members come together to continuously learn, to share knowledge, to network, and to exhange experiences and best practices in the context of health and wellness. The aim is to co-create social innovation that supports to overcome the complex challenges of a healthy society.
