Local COP Members are individuals who are part of a community of practice that is focused on a particular local community, for example a municipality. The members are engaged at different levels from facilitating the local COP as a change agent to being informed as a peripheral local COP member. Despite different levels of engagement, the members share a common interest or domain of knowledge, and they come together to learn from one another, to share experiences, to enhance their expertise, and to co-create.
